This BRHRA Chapter meeting will start at 12:00 p.m. and end at 1:00 p.m.   Our speaker for this event will be Tim Prillaman.

Tim Prillaman is currently the VP of Professional Services for The Arevo Group Inc, a professional service recruiting firm that with a proprietary search.  He was the founder of the former The Prillaman Group and TPG Staffing which is now Workforce Unlimited.

Tim has spent over 28 years providing executive leadership to Human Resource functions for companies such as Lane Furniture, Perdue Farms, Advance Auto Parts, Stanley Furniture and Vaughan-Bassett Furniture Inc. Throughout his career, he reported to some of the most esteemed and respected leaders in America and credits his professional success to the lessons learned from those individuals.

Of his professional accomplishments, Tim is most proud of the American Furniture Manufacturers Association safety record of 3.7 million man hours without a lost time accident while working for Vaughan-Bassett Furniture in Galax, VA. This record was eventually broken by Stanley Furniture’s Robbinsville, NC plant with 4.3 million man hours during Tim’s tenure as VP of Human Resources and Consultant upon founding The Prillaman Group Inc.   He is equally proud to have led the “HR function” for the only bedroom manufacturer remaining in the domestic United States today. (Vaughan-Bassett Furniture in Galax, VA)

Tim’s passion for Organization Excellence is rooted from his competitive spirit.  He believes organizational excellence is never a coincidence and is only achieved when a defined process is executed flawlessly and improved upon by learning, listening, research and collaboration.  Mediocrity is never an option.
