Engaged employees not only make your company better, they carry that over into their personal lives and their community.   As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the Institute of Management Consultants (imcusa.org), she is in the top 1% of consultants who attain this rank and adhere to the IMCUSA Code of Ethics.

    Jennifer is a former corporate sales manager and business executive with over 20 years experience in employee assessments, sales and customer service. As a speaker, trainer and business advisor, she helps organizations hire, develop and retain energized and productive people. Her goal is to help businesses be a place where people love what they do, enjoy who they work with and respect who they work for - all key elements of employee engagement.
